State minister ramps up PML-N’s election campaign for two AJK constituencies

The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has intensified preparations for its election campaign in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), with Minister of State for Finance and Revenue Bilal Azhar Kayani chairing a party meeting in Islamabad to discuss polling day planning for two AJK constituencies.
Minister Kayani held the consultative meeting on the instructions of PML-N president Nawaz Sharif, discussing the party’s strategy for campaign preparations and polling day planning for two constituencies in Jhelum district.
Raja Muhammad Siddique, PML-N’s nominated candidate for LA-39 Jammu-6, and Shaukat Ali Shah, nominated candidate for LA-42 Valley-3, also participated in the meeting alongside other party leaders.
PML-N Rawalpindi president and MNA Malik Ibrar, former MNA Matloob Mehdi, former Rawalpindi mayor Sardar Naseem Khan and other senior party leaders from Jhelum attended the meeting.
Participants reviewed preparations for the election campaign and formulated an election strategy following recommendations presented during the meeting.
The meeting also discussed the strategy for polling day in the two AJK constituencies, while responsibilities for the election campaign were assigned across all four tehsils of Jhelum district.
Participants of the meeting decided to hold another review meeting in Jhelum in the coming days to assess preparations for the elections in both constituencies.
