Harvard Doctor reveals 4 simple habits that can cut stomach cancer risk in half


Stomach cancer is a serious health problem, particularly as it shows no clear-cut symptoms until far into its later stages. Prevention, or more specifically, dietary and lifestyle changes, can be a significant contributor to long-term risk reduction.
Dr. Saurabh Sethi, a Harvard- and Stanford-trained gastroenterologist, emphasizes preventive health care. Having an academic training in research as well as clinical practice, Dr. Sethi endorses evidence-based practical methods that are preventive in nature. According to him, the risk of stomach cancer can be reduced by half through these four measures.
