Ingredients: 6 Bread slices, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp sugar, 0.5 cup American pistachios, 1.5 cup milk, fresh cream, condensed milk.

Spread butter on the bread slices and sprinkle with sugar. Toast them until they turn golden brown and develop a light, crisp texture.

Grind blanched pistachios with a splash of milk and a bit of cream until you get a smooth, creamy paste.

In a pan, combine equal parts milk, condensed milk, and cream. Stir in 2 tablespoons of pistachio paste and bring the mixture to a gentle boil for 2–3 minutes.
