Vanessa Hudgens honours the Jonas Brothers during Disney Legend ceremony

Vanessa Hudgens revisited her Disney roots over the weekend while presenting The Jonas Brothers with the Disney Legends honour.
On Sunday, August 16, Joe, Nick, and Kevin Jonas received the Disney Legends status during the D23 Expo at the Anaheim Convention Center, honouring their significant impact on the Disney legacy. Presenting the award was none other than Hudgens, who has long cemented her own place in Disney history thanks to the High School Musical franchise.
“It seems like just yesterday that we were all just kids running around the Disney lot. And now look at us,” Hudgens, 37, began as she introduced the band.
The actress went on to praise the brothers’ connection and the genuine love and friendship they share.
“I am extremely humbled and inspired by you, because you guys make working together look so easy and, most importantly, so much fun,” the mom-of-two continued. “It’s part of the reason why fans around the globe know every single lyric to every single song, including my son, who runs around screaming ‘I can’t lose!’”
While preparing for her speech backstage, Hudgens channelled HSM icon Sharpay Evans (played by Ashley Tisdale) by performing her vocal warm-ups.
The Jonas Brothers accepted the honour in a hilarious speech while wearing the iconic Mickey mouse ears and pledging “absolute loyalty to the mouse.”
More stars honoured with the Disney Legend status were Anne Hathaway, Dwayne Honshon, Lin Manuel Miranda, Susan Egan, and more.
