Amanda Kloots reveals the status of her relationship with Justin Gimelstob

Amanda Kloots is single again — but she’s making it clear there’s no bad blood.
The 44-year-old former The Talk co-host confirmed Wednesday, September 9, that she and retired tennis player Justin Gimelstob have called it quits after more than a year together.
Speaking to Page Six at the 2026 Daytime Beauty Awards, Kloots said the pair are “not currently” together, but stressed that they remain “still very good friends.”
Kloots and Gimelstob began dating in spring 2025 and made their red carpet debut at An Unforgettable Evening benefiting the Women’s Cancer Research Fund.
They later appeared together at the Scrubs revival premiere in February.
The relationship marked Kloots’ first public romance since the death of her husband, actor Nick Cordero, who died from COVID-19 at age 41 in July 2020.
Now, rather than jumping straight into another relationship, Kloots says her attention is elsewhere — particularly on her seven-year-old son, Elvis, and her career.
“Right now I’ve really just been focused on work and Elvis and myself and just making sure I’m the best version of me,” she told the outlet.
“It’s been very good and healing and rewarding, so that’s where I’m at right now.”
It’s a pretty clear message: heartbreak may have changed the chapter, but Kloots isn’t letting it define the story.
For now, she’s choosing work, motherhood, self-care — and keeping things friendly with her ex.
