Ariana Grande is ‘recovering from a minor injury’ two days before tour ends

Ariana Grande is giving her adoring fans a little heads-up before taking the stage for her penultimate eternal sunshine tour concert.
Hours ahead of the second-last show of her O2 Arena residency in London on Monday, August 31, the pop icon took to her Instagram Stories to reveal that she has injured her foot.
“My sweet petals,” Grande, 33, began. “I wanted to let you know I will need to be in cozy footwear for this evening’s show (and possibly tomorrow’s) as I am bandaged up underneath, recovering from a minor injury. It is not a sprain or anything muscular but just a deep cut!”

The Grammy-winner continued, “So when you see me tonight without my signature heels, or even possibly having a little trouble putting weight on that foot, that is why! But please do not fret. On with the show and I am on the mend!
“I cannot wait to perform for you tonight and tomorrow (even if I am a few inches shorter than usual)… I love you always,” the message concluded.
Grande will conclude her eternal sunshine tour on September 1, after which she is set to take a long break from the spotlight.
