Kristen Bell surprises Savannah Bananas fans with Disney mashup

Kristen Bell brought a burst of Disney magic to Coors Field on Saturday, August 15, making a surprise appearance during the Savannah Bananas’ game against the Indianapolis Clowns in Denver.
The 46-year-old actress appeared in the stands wearing a personalized Bananas jersey paired with leopard-print trousers, singing For the First Time in Forever from Frozen as she made her way toward the field to the crowd’s delight.
Bell then teamed up with Savannah Bananas pitcher Derek Klena, a Tony-nominated Broadway veteran of Jagged Little Pill, Moulin Rouge!, Sunset Boulevard and Wicked, for a medley that blended Dancing Through Life from Wicked with (I’ve Had) The Time of My Life from Dirty Dancing, complete with the film’s iconic lift.
The Savannah Bananas called it “the mashup we never knew we needed” in a post sharing the performance, and Klena later praised Bell online, writing, “The kindest, most talented human! @kristenanniebell you are truly the GOAT!”
Reese Witherspoon also chimed in on social media, writing, “AHHHHH!!!! Making the Bananas even more magical.”
The appearance capped a big weekend for Bell tied to the Frozen franchise.
Just a day earlier, on August 14, she reunited with co-stars Idina Menzel and Josh Gad at Disney’s D23 fan expo to preview Frozen 3, performing new songs and teasing major plot developments, including Anna and Kristoff’s wedding.
The film is set for release in November 2027.
