Marvel unveils its new ‘X Men’ cast with Adam Driver and Sadie Sink
Marvel has revealed the new faces of the X Men and the reboot already got its fans buzzing.
Sadie Sink will play Jean Grey, one of the most powerful mutants in the story. The Stranger Things star will take over the role after Famke Janssen played Jean in the original movies.
Adam Driver will play Mister Sinister, a dangerous villain who never appeared in a live action X Men movie before.
Inde Navarrette will play Rogue as her character can take another person’s energy and powers by touching them.
Christopher Abbott will play Professor X, the leader of the team. Kit Connor will play Cyclops, while Samara Weaving will take on the role of Emma Frost.
Maya Boyd also joined the cast as Storm, the mutant who can control the weather.
The new movie, however, will be directed by Jake Schreier, who also directed Thunderbolts.
The film will bring the X Men back with a new cast after years of different versions of the famous team.
The first X Men movie came out in 2000 and starred Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen and Halle Berry.
It became a huge success and helped make the superhero team famous around the world.
The new X Men movie is expected in cinemas on May 5, 2028.
Some original stars will also return in Avengers: Doomsday.
