Tina Knowles shares Beyonce’s newborn photo on pop icon’s birthday

Tina Knowles is taking fans down memory lane on her daughter Beyonce’s birthday.

As the pop icon turned 45 years old on Friday, September 4, her mother took to Instagram to share one of the first-ever pictures of Beyonce when she was just a few minutes old, along with a touching birthday wish.

“Reminiscing on this day 45 years ago. You took nine hours to come. I am exhausted in this photo, but the happiest I’ve ever been in my life up to this point on this day. Sept 4th, 1981,” Knowles wrote.

The 76-year-old continued, “We are making our first eye contact. The connection is so strong and so beautiful and so powerful. It’s never been broken and it never will.”

The Matriarch author noted that “out of all the beautiful things” about her daughter, it’s her “huge heart” that she loves the most and is most proud of.

“You are an extraordinary human being first. Even through all the sometimes terrible noise, you keep going and moving forward. Creating, loving, lifting up others constantly, making history, using that genius mind, working your butt off, minding your own damn business, and living your life to the fullest. Happy birthday, I love you,” the tribute concluded.
