Ariana Grande delivers ‘unfortunate’ news during Eternal Sunshine tour

Ariana Grande is forced to reschedule three of her upcoming shows during her ongoing Eternal Sunshine tour.

The Wicked star announced the “unfortunate” news on Monday, June 29, via Instagram Stories. The changes have been made to prioritise the safety following some production issues.

At first she reposted the Barclays Center post on her own social media which read, “Ariana grande’s Brooklyn performance scheduled for Sunday, July 12 at Barclays center has been rescheduled to Tuesday, July 14 to ensure the full production can be delivered safely and as intended.”

“The remaining Brooklyn shows will take place as originally scheduled,” they added before apologizing to fans. 

“We apologize for any inconvenience. All tickets will be honored for the new date, and ticket holders will be contacted directly with additional information.”

The team further wrote, “We are so sorry for these unfortunate scheduling changes this was our best and safest option as these challenges with production have come to our attention.”

The 7 Rings hitmaker also penned a note to coax her upset fans. 

“The utmost important thing to us all is safety, first and foremost, and also making sure you all see the show how it is intended to run,” she wrote.

“Thank you so much for your understanding and I cannot wait to sou you,” the Victorious alum added.

The following slide shows another statement from the TD Garden. 

“Two of Ariana Grande’s Boston performances have been rescheduled to ensure the full production can be delivered safely and as intended.”

“The show originally scheduled for Wednesday, July 22 will now take place on Thursday, July 23. The show originally scheduled for Friday, July 24 will now take place on Sunday, July 26,” they continued.

“The show scheduled for Saturday, July 25 will take place as originally planned,” the venue’s team added, before apologizing. 

“We apologize for any inconvenience. All tickets will be honored for the new dates, and ticket holders will be contacted directly with additional information.”
