Once the final encore wraps, the City View Terrace leans into late-night comfort. Salmon-filled cannoli, bourbon-glazed chicken bites and ‘dirty martini’ fries bring playful decadence. Champagne flows, cocktails turn theatrical, and the atmosphere loosens.
