Mrs Brown’s Boys Christmas special hit by shock blowMrs Brown’s Boys fans have been left disappointed after Brendan O’Carroll was forced to cancel the show’s Christmas plans.The actor, 70, announced that the 2026 Christmas and New Year specials will not go ahead after doctors found two fractures in his jaw.O’Carroll now needs immediate surgery and is expected to spend a few months recovering.The injury also forced him to postpone the Mrs Brown’s Boys stage shows which were planned for Dublin and Killarney later this year.
